According to different final using purpose, cashmere yarn is including into woollen yarn, semi-worsted yarn and worsted yarn. Woollen yarn is soft with low twist, yarn count is 10nm-32nm. We use carded cashmere fibre 32-34mm to spin woollen yarn, woollen yarn is mostly used for making thick gauge of knitwear or overcoat. Semi-worsted yarn is in the middle of woollen yarn and worsted yarn, it is made by cashmere sliver without combing process, yarn count is 30nm-48mm. Worsted yarn is made by combed cashmere tops with high twist, yarn count is 42nm-100nm, it is used for making knitwear with very fine gauge or woven shawls.
